Refund policy

Every piece is made to order, just for you. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size, so please double-check your size before you order.

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page (oldfriendsurfco.com/pages/contact) with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us right away. Orders go into production quickly, and once one has started, we can't change it.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once approved, they usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
